You wake in a shadowy, candle lit stone corridor. In front of you is a large, reinforced door sealed by six colored locks. Behind you is an intersection of passages that branch off into darkness…

If you wish not to rot in this maze, you must begin searching for the keys. Wandering the stone halls, you will come across landmarks of the dungeon, located at key points in the labyrinth and marked by specific symbols. You will want to use your map of these landmarks to find your way around.

Six of these landmarks each hold a key to the door, but it will not be easy to find and retrieve them. A hungering creature wanders these halls… and a sinister bond has formed between the you and the beast. When either of you closes your eyes, you can see from the perspective of the other. The beast moves as swiftly as shadow and will not relent in its hunt for you.

As you hunt for the six keys, you must be careful where you look, for the beast knows these passages well and can see what you see. Simply by glancing upon any landmark, you will be alerting the beast of your exact location. The mere sight of the beast itself could only mean certain doom.

However, you may also use this connection to your advantage. When closing your eyes, your can see through the eye of the beast. Using your map, you should also be able to pinpoint the position of the beast by spotting landmarks through its eyes. This can allow you to evade the beast if you remember the routes effectively.

In addition, the beast knows the location of the keys, which seem to be surrounded in a strange aura when viewed through the perspective of its glowing red eye.

Successfully collecting all six keys and making it back to the locked door is the only hope for the your survival.
